Blair Oaks R-II Schools

This week, Blair Oaks Elementary Principal, Tara Bishop, was honored and recognized as the Distinguished Principal of the Year, representing the central region of Missouri at the annual conference for the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals. What made the ceremony even more special is that two of Mrs. Bishop's children (Brees - 4th grade and Baylor - 3rd grade) opened the event with the pledge of allegiance in front of hundreds of Missouri principals.
