Students are automatically linked, set up and provided their portal credentials upon enrollment. Parents must set up a portal account as below and link their students to that account using the access credentials provided upon enrollment.

To set up a NEW PARENT PORTAL:

1.       From a desktop computer (you cannot complete set up via the app), navigate to the PowerSchool site: https://ps.blairoaks.k12.mo.us/public/home.html (button located in upper right hand area of the Blair Oaks website).
2.       On the second tab of the login screen, click Create Account button.
3.       Fill in your (parent): name, e-mail address, and a username and password of your choosing. Note: The password must be at least 8 characters long and is case sensitive.
4.       Under the Link Students to Account section, fill in your student’s name.
5.       In the Access ID and Access Password area, use the student access credentials provided to you after student registration is complete. Note: The Access ID and Access Password are case sensitive.
6.       Choose your relationship to the student in the last column.
7.       Click Enter.
8.       Return to the login pages and log in with the new username and password you created in the account setup process (Step 3 above).
9.       Click on the student’s name at the top of the page to view their information.

Please note:
·         You may change your login information through the account preferences link within the portal.
·         You may add students after they are registered by clicking the account preferences link>students tab>Add+ button (use the student’s access information provided to you after registration is complete).
·         Students in grades PK-2 do not display grades in PowerSchool, but you may follow attendance, lunch balance, fees and other school information.
·         Email notifications must be set up for each individual student in order to receive grades and lunch balances for each student.
·         Students have their own student login provided to them. You do not need to share your parent login with students.
